Adineh Qoli is a village located in the heart of Raz and Jargalan District, A historical city located in the northwest corner of North Khorasan Province, famous for its Turkmen horses. According to historical and archaeological studies, the city of Raz and Jirgalan has been inhabited since prehistoric times (third millennium BC).
According to preliminary archaeological research, Razo Jirgalan city has been of special importance due to its strategic location and abundant natural resources. The existence of prehistoric settlements in the Gholaman River Basin and the hills related to the historical period in the Raz Valley and Jirgalan Valley is evidence of continuous human habitation in this city in different periods of human history.
The Tat are the most rooted people of North Khorasan province, including the Raz and Jirgalan regions, and today these people inherit a significant part of their original and ancient culture and rituals. The elders and members of the village council came together after Nowruz, and reviewed or compiled the systems of some occasions, and in fact, they were making a kind of local policy.
